Delivery Info
Our standard delivery time is between 1 to 2 weeks, orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard post. We aim to send out orders within the specified delivery time. If we cannot despatch any item to you within the specified time we will inform you and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in time. European and Worldwide delivery prices may vary, if this is the case we will contact you with delivery costs, alternatively please feel free to email us for postage costs before ordering. Unfortunately we can not supply to the USA.

Terms and Conditions

Please check your goods on delivery. No refunds/exchanges are available on personalised items other than when the item is damaged or faulty, if you should receive a damaged or faulty item please inform us within 3 days and arrange to post item(s) to us (postage will be refunded). A replacement item will be sent to you immediately. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty upon delivery. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when an order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
